International Relations NGB Grant Program

The National Governing Body (NGB) Grant Program is a grant program that allocates millions in grants to NGBs and High-Performance Management Organizations every year in support of sport programming. Grants are awarded to National Governing Bodies and administered through Performance Partnership Agreements. International Coaching Enrichment Certificate Program (ICECP)

The International Coaching Enrichment Certificate Program is an intensive coaching education program offered to National Olympic Committees worldwide. It consists of lectures, guest speakers, participant presentations, group work and field trips, including an apprenticeship with a U.S. college or national team.
The ICECP is conducted in partnership with the University of Delaware and Olympic Solidarity, whose aim is to provide assistance to all National Olympic Committees (NOCs) for athlete development programmes . Since its inception in 2008, the ICECP has reached a total of 457 participants from 125 nations and 39 sports. The program is designed to provide national-level coaches the opportunity to develop proficiencies in the following areas: o Sport science o Talent identification o Athlete development o Athlete safety o Coaching education o Coaching management o Coaching ethics o Grassroots sport development For more information, please visit: ICECP website. • Press Release
